ASSISTANT MANAGER

The Business Consultant s primary responsibility is to perform consulting services for MicrosoftDynamics Navision (NAV) customers. A Dynamics NAV Implementation Consultant will befocused on the delivery and implementation of Microsoft s NAV ERP solution.As part of our Professional Services team, you would be involved in many projects spanningboth the existing client base as well as new business implementations.

Responsibility:

• Perform business requirements analysis and documentation
• Contribute to project teams through workshops and ERP implementations.
• Train users on new process and Dynamics NAV functionality
• Develop data conversion and testing strategies
• Manage individual budget and scope of work.
• Verify User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.

Education, Certifications and Experience

• 2+ years experience functional experience in implementing Microsoft Navisionrequired.
• Functional knowledge of the finance, distribution, and production granules; Otherareas of functionality such as CRM, Projects, MRP and WMS is a plus.
• Experience with core business processes such as Accounting, Distribution andManufacturing.
• Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience with full life-cycle implementations.
• Previous ERP implementation experience is required.
• Knowledge of best practices, principles and procedures as related to small-to-midsized business processes
• Ability to understand, communicate on all levels in an organization, interpretclient business processes and requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative atmosphere
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands.
• Proven ability to write effective system and process documentation, includingbusiness and system requirements, process diagrams, and data flow charts.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectiveswithout detailed supervision

Dynamics NAV Developer

• A NAV developer will work to customize the solution to help it better meet the changing needsof the business. Developers should have a range of skills such as C/AL, . NET, C#, and SQLServer.
• the hard skills of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer include:
• JavaScript and C#;
• Microsoft Cloud solution;
• Knowledge of HTML and ASP.NET;
• Great experience with SQL databases;
• Testing and troubleshooting experience
• It is also important to get Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
