ASSISTANT MANAGER WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS

We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented warehouse operations manager to oversee daily operations at our warehouse. As the warehouse assistant manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the warehouse. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.

Responsibility:

CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Dispatches from CFA within 48 Hr order received.
• FIFO wise Dispatches
• Ensure all outbound delivery should be deliver within 6 days.
• Timely closure customer query / mail reply
• Timely closure customer query / mail reply.
• Coordination with plant team for stock availability and other requirement.

INVENTORY
• Ensure Daily cycle count and share variance report with Reason analysis
• Ensure no Good stocks lying in Damage condition i.e. outer carton damage
• Stock Liquidation monthly 0.5 CR.
• Monthly CFA Inventory audit variance report by 7th
• Ensure all SOP Followed in Warehouse.

COST SAVING
• Freight Cost reduction by 8% over MQ23.
• Ensure timely freight bill verification submission with 96 hr to account.
• Liaising and negotiating with transporters.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets of department and send daily KPI dashboard.

CROSS FUNCTIONAL DEPARTMENT, CO ORDINATION, BEHAVIOUR & CULTURE
• Circulation of daily MIS and proper communication on mails in time
• Coordination with logistics team and ensure their productivity by reviewing daily targets.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints of logistics team.
