Oracle EPM - Hyperion Techno Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support Oracle EPM applications including FCCS, HFM, and FDMEE.
Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle EPM implementations, from requirement gathering and design to testing and deployment.
Build and maintain metadata, create journals, web forms, and data grids for financial consolidation and close processes.
Develop and manage data integration processes using FDMEE and Data Management tools.
Create and maintain financial reports using HFR and Smart View.
Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage service requests for Oracle EPM applications.
Work closely with global teams to handle metadata changes, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting requirements.
Deliver client trainings, create user guides, and provide ongoing production support.
Engage in continuous process improvement to enhance system performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM products (FCCS, HFM, FDMEE, EPBCS).
Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and accounting principles.
Expertise in data loading, mapping, and validation using FDMEE/Data Management.
Proficiency in developing financial reports using Hyperion Financial Reporting and Smart View.
Ability to write and optimize business rules and FDMEE scripts.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a results-driven approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing client interactions.
Oracle EPM certifications (preferred).
Nice to Have:
Experience in automating data integration and consolidation processes.
Exposure to sustainability reporting and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Narrative Reporting and management reporting solutions.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
