Client Intake Specialist - US Voice process

As a Client Intake Specialist , you are the welcoming face and the first voice potential members will encounter. You play a crucial role in shaping their initial experience with us, helping set a compassionate, supportive tone from the very beginning. Your focus will be on ensuring a smooth, warm intake process that reflects our commitment to exceptional care

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential members, providing a positive and professional introduction to the organisation.
• Conduct client intake processes, gathering essential information and guiding clients with patience and empathy.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Service Coordinators, and insurance companies to facilitate a seamless intake process.
• Collaborate with Service Coordinators to ensure members receive the support they need in a timely manner.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues with an emphasis on delivering excellent customer service.
• Document and maintain accurate records of each clients intake process, following company guidelines.

Requirement:

• Disticntly soft US accent
• Prior experience in customer service, intake coordination, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with care.
• Familiarity with healthcare services, insurance processes, and/or homecare is a plus.
