Job Title : Oracle ICM ConsultantWork Location/Travel : Bangalore/Remote

Job Summary : At least 4 years' experience working on Oracle Incentive Compensation implementations, in a fast pace environmentDuties/Responsibilities :- Design and create Compensation Plans- Integrate and import the data into ICM system- Setup Payment, goals. Troubleshoot issues with compensations.Competency (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) :- Working knowledge with Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud (OIC) Tool- Experience with Commissions and Compensation process- Hands-on experience with OIC Compensation plans, Classification rules, complex Formulas, Flexfields , Security, Report, Import and Webservices.- Must be able to accomplish tasks and goals in a timely and efficient manner- Must know Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to multi task- Ability to work well both individually as well as in a highly collaborative team- Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies and obtaining certifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
