Job Description

  • Apeejay Education Society is looking for a dynamic individual to support the Senior Management of the Apeejay Stya & Svran Group.

Key Responsibilities:-


1. Administrative Support:

  • Assist the Sr. Management with day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities.
  • Manage a dynamic calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

2. Correspondence and Communication:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of the Sr. Management, including drafting, editing, and reviewing documents.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with departments, business units, and external associates.

3. Meeting Coordination:

  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas and presentations.
  • Record and prepare detailed minutes of meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups on action items.

4. Internal Coordination:

  • Liaise with various departments and teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of activities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather updates, share information, and ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by the Sr. Management.

5. File and Document Management:

  • Maintain and organize both physical and electronic files, ensuring accurate retrieval and security.
  • Manage confidential documents with utmost discretion.

6. Reports Preparation:

  • Prepare, compile, and review reports for the Sr. Management, including business updates, project progress, and financial summaries.
  • Ensure data accuracy and provide insights for informed decision-making.

7. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the Sr. Management.
  • Coordinate communication with industry bodies, clients, and business associates.

8. Special Projects:

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals for key initiatives.
  • Provide support in research and analysis for strategic projects as required.

9. Travel and Event Management:

  • Plan and manage travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for the Sr. Management.
  • Coordinate corporate events and meetings as required.
