Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager Outreach will play a pivotal role in promoting Apeejay School, Jalandhar, by developing and executing strategies to increase student admissions, enhance community engagement, and foster positive relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, goal-oriented, and passionate about building the school's reputation in the region.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Outreach and Admissions:

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract prospective students and families.
  • Organize admission campaigns, open houses, and other promotional events.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth admission process.

2. Marketing and Communications:

  • Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, print advertisements, and email newsletters.
  • Build partnerships with local organizations, educational consultants, and community groups.
  • Represent the school at external events such as fairs, exhibitions, and conferences.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with parents, alumni, and local businesses to strengthen the schools network.
  • Act as a point of contact for community inquiries and foster goodwill within the region.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze outreach and enrollment data to measure effectiveness and refine strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports for school leadership regarding outreach efforts and enrollment trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in outreach, marketing, or admissions (preferably in the education sector).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
