Admission Counselor - International Baccalaureate

Role & responsibilities

1. Admissions Management:

• Guide prospective parents and students through the admissions process, including campus tours, application submission, and interviews.
• Respond to inquiries about the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum and school policies.
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective families to complete the admissions cycle. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for increasing enrollment.

2. Student Onboarding:

• Coordinate and assist in the seamless onboarding process for new students.
• Provide detailed information about school activities, facilities, and academic programs.

3. Communication and Relationship Building:

• Act as the first point of contact for admissions-related queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current parents.
• Conduct informational sessions or open houses to showcase the schools offerings.

4. Database Management:

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions statuses.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities.

5. Marketing and Outreach:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract prospective families.
• Represent the school at education fairs and other promotional events.

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with parents, students, and staff.
• Proven ability to meet enrollment targets and manage the admissions process effectively.

Education Qualifications Required:

• Any Graduate

Experience :

• 3-8 years of experience in admissions counseling, preferably within IB/ CBSE schools.
