We are hiring for an QA Executive - IPQA(API Plant)

Experience: 2+ years

Location: Kolkata (Ganganagar)

Qualification:- B Pharma

Job Description:-

1. In-Process Monitoring: Oversee and Monitor in-process quality checks during production to ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs.

2. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of in-process checks, deviation, and corrective actions.

3. Batch Record Review: Review batch manufacturing records for completeness and accuracy before release.

4. Deviation Management: Investigate and document deviations, implementing, correcting and preventive actions (CAPA).

5. Training: Train production staff on quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

6. Audits: Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance.

7. Continuous Improvement: Identity areas for improvement in the IPQA processes and implement changes to enhance quality.

We are Looking for:-

• Strong understanding of GMP, in- process quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent attention to details, analytical and problem- solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and quality management software.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IPQA within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in API manufacturing.
