We are hiring for Executive Assistant (EA) to CSO

Preferred Candidate from Pharmaceutical Industry only

Experience: 5 - 10 Years with Pharmaceutical Industry

Location: Gurugram

Qualification:- Any Graduate

Job Description:-

• Prepare, format and get details for internal and external corporate documents for the different agencies including Government, Chambers and other stakeholders
• Follow-up on the outcomes of the meetings with concerned team members internally as well as external bodies/people
• Keeping a track of the responses and follow through of the documents sent to different stakeholders
• Sending thank you notes and emails to all contacts being made
• Maintaining periodic contacts and exchange of messages and calendar for scheduling exchange of messages and e-mails (for not allowing the connects to die-out)
• Maintaining the database of the contacts and periodicity of engagements.
• Keeping the connects posted on our activities (relevant to them) through personalized e-mails and as when required through whatsapp messages.
• Coordinating with Chambers for follow-ups and meetings.
• In-office coordination guests/important people coming in.
• Co-ordination with the stakeholders offices for meetings and engagements
• Note and Remind birthdays / anniversaries of the key people
• Highlight the important and undone items, tasks, Business initiative & Action Plan etc.
