Key Responsibilities:
Chatbot Development:
Design, develop, and implement conversational AI chatbots using the ChatGPT API, ensuring natural and engaging interactions with users.
NLP Engineering:
Utilize NLP techniques like text pre-processing, sentiment analysis, intent classification, and entity extraction to enhance chatbot understanding of user queries.
Model Fine-tuning:
Train and fine-tune ChatGPT models on specific datasets to tailor responses to the application's requirements and domain knowledge.
Integration with Existing Systems:
Integrate the developed chatbots with existing backend systems and APIs to provide seamless user experiences.
Performance Optimization:
Continuously monitor and optimize chatbot performance metrics like response accuracy, conversation flow, and user satisfaction.
Data Analysis:
Analyze user interaction data to identify patterns and areas for improvement in chatbot behavior and response generation.
Required Skills:
