Job Description :

Software engineer with strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning, proficient in programming languages like Python, and experienced in building applications that leverage the ChatGPT API to create interactive, human-like conversational experiences for users; key responsibilities would include designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered chatbots, integrating ChatGPT with existing systems, and constantly optimizing model performance to deliver high-quality responses.

Key Responsibilities :

Chatbot Development : Design, develop, and implement conversational AI chatbots using the ChatGPT API, ensuring natural and engaging interactions with users.

NLP Engineering : Utilize NLP techniques like text pre-processing, sentiment analysis, intent classification, and entity extraction to enhance chatbot understanding of user queries.

Model Fine-tuning : Train and fine-tune ChatGPT models on specific datasets to tailor responses to the application's requirements and domain knowledge.

Integration with Existing Systems : Integrate the developed chatbots with existing backend systems and APIs to provide seamless user experiences.

Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize chatbot performance metrics like response accuracy, conversation flow, and user satisfaction.

Data Analysis : Analyze user interaction data to identify patterns and areas for improvement in chatbot behavior and response generation.

Required Skills :

Strong proficiency in ChatGPT v4 , Python, with familiarity with relevant libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.

NLP Techniques : Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing concepts including tokenization, stemming, lemmatization, named entity recognition, and sentiment analysis.

Machine Learning : Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and concepts to effectively fine-tune and train ChatGPT models.

API Integration : Experience with integrating external APIs and services to enhance chatbot functionality.

Software Development Practices : Knowledge of software development methodologies like Agile and version control systems like Git

Desired Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field

- Experience with building and deploying production-ready AI-powered chatbots
