IBM OMS Developer (5-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Create Technical design, independently code, unit test, and deploy various components of IBM Sterling Commerce OMS like services, custom APIs, transactions, events, DB extensions etc.

- Perform Database design for custom components.

- Support various phases of testing in Agile delivery Apply strong design, development, and troubleshooting skills to deliver quality work.

- Take initiative to learn and research new concepts, and technologies quickly and work in a team-oriented, collaborative env.

Knowledge (Desired) :

- Experience in IBM Sterling suite in development role.

Skills :

- Good knowledge of foundational modules like GIV, DOM, Reverse logistics etc...

- Basic knowledge of web application servers like WebSphere.

- Experience in writing sql queries.

- Experience in integrating OMS with atleast 1 external system.

- Experience in developing Java based extensions and integration interfaces for Sterling OMS.

- Should be familiar with gitlab.

Good to have :

- Exposure to build & deployment scripts.

- Exposure to agile methodology.

Others :

- Good time management and written/communication skills with ability to cooperate with all stakeholders.

- Good sense of accountability and ownership.
