Jr.Officer - Quality Control (Conductor Division)

Role & responsibilities

Ensure the Timely testing and clearance of WIP Materials in SAP Performing Quick Checks on all the critical measuring equipments and To Monitor all stock of formats & other Consumable in the department. Preparing MIS Report on Daily /Weekly/Monthly basis Preparing the Deviation report and Thorough Knowledge on 7 QC Tools for the Root Cause Analysis Process audit, Findings, Compliance Recommendation action.

Knowledge:

"1.Expertise on testing of All the Mechanical and Electrical properties as per the SOP's/Work Instructions and Sound Knowledge on Fibers and telecommunications. 2.Kaizen, Six Sigma , 5 S & TQM shall be preferred. Skills: "1.Written Communication and Computer Skills 2.Operation of Word / Excel / Power Point are must. 3.Fluency in english must for both Oral and writen communication 4.Should be experienced on Problem solving tools through application of 7 QC tools ( For QC ) 5.Should be experienced on Analysis skills with in depth knowledge of RCA & CAPA for handling complaints & deviations" Attitudes: Good Listener/Reader , Creative thinking and proactive approach and Body language should be dynamic so that He and She can handle any pressurized situations during Customer Audits.
