Senior Frontend Developer - Javascript/TypeScript (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Frontend Development : Lead the development of modern, responsive, and scalable frontend applications using cutting-edge technologies.

- UI/UX Implementation : Work closely with designers and UX teams to implement pixel-perfect user interfaces, ensuring a smooth user experience.

- Architecture and Best Practices : Define and implement best practices, coding standards, and UI architecture, ensuring maintainability, reusability, and scalability of code.

- Collaborate Across Teams : Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to define frontend requirements, ensuring seamless integration of APIs and services.

- Code Reviews & Mentorship : Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior frontend developers, ensuring high-quality and well-structured code.

- Optimize Performance : Identify performance bottlenecks and work to improve page load times and overall application performance.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, tools, and industry trends, and integrate them into the development process where applicable.

Technical Requirements :

- Frontend Technologies : Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.

- TypeScript : Advanced knowledge of TypeScript for building robust, maintainable, and type-safe applications.

- CSS Frameworks : Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less), and frameworks like

Bootstrap, TailwindCSS, or Material UI.

- State Management : Proficiency with state management tools like Redux, MobX, or Context API.

- Build Tools & Bundlers : Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and Parcel.

- Version Control : Experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab for version control and collaborative

development.

- Testing : Strong experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or

React Testing Library.

- APIs & Integration : Experience in working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL. Ability to integrate frontend code with backend services.

- Performance Optimization : Expertise in optimizing the performance of web applications using tools like Lighthouse and techniques like lazy loading and code splitting.

- Cross-Browser Compatibility : Ability to build applications that function seamlessly across

different browsers and devices.

- Responsive Design : Expertise in building responsive applications with Media Queries, Flexbox,

and Grid.

- CI/CD : Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).

Educational Requirements :

- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Exposure to mobile-first or PWA (Progressive Web Apps) development.
