Position: QA QC Manager
Experience: 12-17 years in the construction industry
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Initially Gurgaon, then relocation anywhere in Middle Eastern project site

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced QA QC Manager with 12-17 years of expertise in construction to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes on-site. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing quality systems and ensuring compliance with construction standards. You will work on a variety of projects, focusing on maintaining high standards for construction quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Lead inspections and audits, resolving any quality-related issues.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards and regulations.
• Manage and mentor the QA/QC team.

Requirements:

• 12-17 years of experience in construction QA/QC management.
• Expertise in construction quality control procedures and standards.
• Ability to work on-site and travel to anywhere in India or Middle Eastern
• Valid passport for international travel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is a plus.

• Certifications:
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent quality certification (preferred).
• Relevant construction-related certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are an advantage.
