• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager of Quality Control to oversee all aspects of quality control activities within our organization
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements by developing and implementing robust quality control processes and procedures
• The Manager of QC will lead a team of quality control technicians and analysts, manage day-to-day QC operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proven track record of implementing quality control best practices in a manufacturing or production environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Lead and manage a team of quality control technicians and analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality work and adherence to established procedures
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve quality control metrics such as product defects, rework rates, and customer complaints
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, materials, and finished products to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and regulatory affairs, to address quality issues, implement process improvements, and support new product introductions
• Manage the documentation and record-keeping process for quality control activities, including maintaining accurate records of test results, inspections, and corrective actions
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in quality control and implement changes as necessary to ensure continuous improvement
• Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of quality control
