Position: Senior Manager - Financial Due Diligence
Location: Mumbai
Preferred Experience: FDD ( Consulting Experience with Financial Due Diligence experience is Mandatory)
Responsibilities
The Senior Manager - Financial Due Diligence will lead and manage comprehensive
financial due diligence processes while driving business development initiatives. The
role demands a deep understanding of financial analysis, risk assessment, and
transaction structuring, along with the ability to build and maintain client
relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the firm; growth
in the consulting sector.
Financial Due Diligence: Lead and execute financial due diligence engagements for MA transactions,
including evaluating the financial health, risks, and opportunities of target
companies.
Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports highlighting findings and
presenting them to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and operational
due diligence, to provide holistic transaction support.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics
to provide informed insights during the due diligence process.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging existing
networks and developing new client relationships.
Lead and participate in client pitches, presentations, and proposals to secure
new mandates.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams
Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members, providing guidance on
technical skills, client management, and career growth.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during due diligence
engagements, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery.
Understand client objectives and tailor due diligence procedures to align with
their strategic goals.
Qualifications
Mandatory to be CA qualified
8+ years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or
related fields within a consulting environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex due diligence projects
and leading teams.
Strong financial analysis, modeling, and report-writing skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated experience in business development, client management, and
generating revenue growth.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and
deadlines.
Strong understanding of the Mumbai market and regional business dynamics
is preferred.
