Creative Manager - Marketing (3-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Creative Planning: Develop multi-channel creative strategies aligned with business goals and market trends; conduct research and competitive analysis to inform campaigns.

- Creative Execution: Oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of content, digital/social media efforts, and event promotions with cohesive messaging.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and alignment with broader business objectives.

- Innovation & Trend Spotting: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy and enhance campaign effectiveness; proactively suggest innovative marketing tactics.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

- 3+ years of creative management experience, with at least 2 years in an agency setting.

- Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns and executing marketing strategies for diverse clients.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficient in project management, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
