As a Support Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Application health monitoring in ITRS, Splunk and Dynatrace
Batch monitoring using Control-M.
Incident Management using Service Now.
Data extraction using SQL queries.
Sound Knowledge in Unix and AWS applicationss
Stakeholder communication and SME Interaction
Documentation on Confluence pages, Escalation Management
On-Call Support, Rotational Shifts 17*5
Weekend releases and health checks.

What will you bring
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven years of experience on either one of UI or API web development
UI Development
- Experience with Single Page Application development - Strong in JavaScript (ES6) - Experience in React framework will be a strong plus - Exposure to Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI-CD) - Financial domain experience will be a plus
API Development
- Experience in Spring based API development - Experience/Strong understanding of micro-services - Strong skill in Java 8, functional programming preferred - Exposure to containerization tecnology such as Docker - Exposure to Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI-CD) - Financial domain experience will be a plus
Mathematically competent Ability to work virtually with partners or clients in different geographical locations Strong problem solving skills and delivery focus Excellent communication skills
