Risk Appetite - Effective operation and governance of BWS, directions of lending (DOLs), and other portfolio risk reporting whilst ensuring risk process optimisation and portfolio risk team engagement.
Portfolio monitoring data initiatives to enhance Australia Commercial s ability to identify insights and opportunities, manage risk and optimise the portfolio
Regulatory and other risk hygiene - Management of regulatory requirements and matters e.g., regulatory reviews/changes, data governance, relevant credit risk and well managed matters, remediation.
Collaborate with Business Heads, Divisional Performance Execution functions across Australia Commercial and other appropriate parties (e.g., tribes, group and divisional risk and assurance) to manage and govern risk appetite through approved BWS and DOLs, and monitor and address operating and compliance key risks and meet our regulatory obligations
Engage with Portfolio risk team and other appropriate parties to agree on Commercial Banking Credit Operating model risk process or optimisation initiatives and changes to comply with credit risk regulatory requirements or internal policies and procedures
Ensure delivery of risk strategy initiatives, balances business, customer and regulatory requirements to deliver sound business growth
Develop appropriate frameworks and execute plans to ensure internal policies and regulatory requirements are met
Design and embed in conjunction with Portfolio risk team and other relevant parties end to end processes (where appropriate) to deliver on agreed risk and business strategy initiatives.
Engage with other Shared Services functions within ANZ to drive synergies and mitigate risks for the business, ensuring that initiatives are appropriate and meeting ANZ requirements.
