The role of the Journey Expert exists to achieve this mission by optimising existing end-to-end customer journeys and improves the customer experience by devising new, innovative solutions, services, products or propositions..

As a Business Analyst, you are accountable for:

• Collaborative with stakeholders, operational teams, Technology partners and change teams to understand the end-to-end initiative and elicit business requirements, document information flow, dependencies, constraints and governance. Transforming requirements into stories, acceptance criteria, system design while maintaining traceability - including analysis of current state, field level analysis, system mapping, transformation rules and interface specifications.
• Working with Developers to convey requirements, acting as a conduit between developers and stakeholders for any issues that may arise, documenting and execution of testing including Functional, UAT, BVT.
• Supporting change and implementation activities to ensure all impacted teams and roles are informed, trained, equipped and ready to absorb and manage the change.
• Leveraging tools for optimal collaboration and knowledge sharing (Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, Teams etc.).
• Identifying and managing risks to ensure that impacts are mitigated early and do not affect delivery timelines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to requirements gathering, eliciting business and solution requirements to translate customer needs business goals into technical specifications, verifying, validating and communicating requirements/business analysis outcomes with stakeholders.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.

• Display initiative with a demonstrated ability to manage time priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment, with an ability to effectively prioritise multiple deliverables and determine the best sequencing to maximise outcomes.

• An intense passion and curiosity for customers, their needs and wants, putting them at the centre of everything you do whilst optimising customer journeys and experiences.
