Leading IT company looking to hire for Sales Operations role

Job description : Sales Operations

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategies for increasing revenue and improving operational efficiency.

- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, including forecasting and reporting.

- Manage and analyze contract management, Purchase Order, SOW repository and tracker

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales operations.

- Create ad-hoc reports as requested by sales leadership, incorporating relevant data to support decision-making.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Support end-to-end collections including invoice query resolutions, payment adjustments.

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

- Proficient in MS Office and SFDC (Salesforce).

- Strong knowledge of deal desk, order management, order processing, contract management, Billing supporting's and sales operations.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across team
