Generative AI Expert (15-26 yrs)

About the Position :

We are looking for an experienced Gen AI Architect with 14+ years of experience to join our AI Delivery Team. The role focuses on designing and implementing AI-driven products and solutions leveraging Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies in cloud environments.

What You'll Do :

• Architect, develop, and deploy AI/Gen AI solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Design and optimize neural network architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, transformers, and reinforcement learning models.
• Implement PEFT (Parameter Efficient Fine-Tuning), AIML SecOps, and model lifecycle management practices.
• Fine-tune AI models for inference, distributed learning, and edge computing.
• Build AI-driven applications using Full Stack (MEAN/MERN) technologies.
• Strategize and guide clients in their AI/Gen AI roadmap and multi-agent system designs.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to develop scalable, real-world AI applications.

• Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
• Hands-on experience in AI model deployment across cloud environments.
• Understanding of AI security, explainability, and model optimization.
• Experience in Full Stack Development (MEAN/MERN) for AI-powered solutions.

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking to guide technical teams and clients.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple AI projects in fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience in customer engagement and building trusted relationships.
