Sales Director

Job Description:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and expand market reach.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer trends, customer need and competitive landscape.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and lead generation strategies.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partnerships.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders and business partners. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and address client needs.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.

Work Hours:

• Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday). and Saturday (half-day).
• Location: HSR Layout. Bangalore (Work from office)

Desired Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Undergraduate or graduate degree in

any field is a plus.

• Experience: Prior experience in cold calling. customer service, or telemarketing is preferred. but

not mandatory. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
