Sales Manager Tower Crane

Anupam Industries LTD, Indias largest crane manufacturing company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager - Tower Crane to drive sales growth in Gujarat and Maharashtra regions. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales of construction machinery, a strong customer relationship mindset, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and inquiries by visiting project sites and meeting developers, project managers, and customers.
• Plan and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
• Provide daily reports on field sales activities and communicate progress to superiors.
• Regularly meet with customers to understand their evolving needs and assess the quality of the companys service delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Basic knowledge of sales in construction machinery, including Tower Cranes, Batching Plants, Concrete Pumps, and Mixers.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management and driving successful sales strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, passionate about work, and ready to travel extensively within Gujarat and Maharashtra.
• Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet business objectives.
