Junior Engineer / Assistant Engineer- QS & Planning

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project Quantity TAKE OFF BOQ & BOM Project Schedule Contracts Status & Payment Tracking Billing & Material Reconciliation Project, Quantity & Structure wise Budget Tracking BAC | EV | ETC | EAC Organizing Files, WBS, organizing numerous office files & Company's contact and mailing lists Monitoring of ongoing Activities.
• Creating project planning Schedule from Zero Date to project Completion Date as agreement with Client Execution of Structural & Finishing works End to End Project Implementation, Procurement/Vendor Management, Schedule Monitoring & Reporting, Project Risk Management, Billing/Payment System, Status Reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Masters/ Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering/Construction from a recognized institute.
• Candidate with PGP in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management from reputed college will be considered.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Planning & QS departments in multi-tower/ high rise projects/ Gated residential communities
• Ability to do estimation & Costing, Planning & Scheduling, BOQ & BOM, Project Billing, Project Status, Tracking Budget, Preparation & Tracking, Procurement Planning
• Excellent attention to detail, Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi and Telugu
