Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain HR systems and tools, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
  • Onboarding process, including pre-employment documentation and induction program setup.
  • Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and statutory compliance.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management for HR-related queries.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage office administration, including vendor coordination and facility management.
  • Maintain employee records and documents, ensuring data privacy and security.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho, or similar).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred.
