Position: Business Head (Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals Trading)
Location : Delhi NCR
Role:
To Head and Manage the complete Sourcing, Import, Exports, Sales, Marketing and Trading of Ferrous & Non-Ferrous- Metals vertical of the group as a Profit Centre Head.
1. Contacts/visits customers to maintain long term relationship . Maintains contacts (build & maintain network) with other industry participants including traders and brokers
2. Works with various commodity/business to establish new business plans and strategies to support the long-term strategic business goals
3. Developing new customers/sources to expand acknowledgement of the organisation in the market, providing the company with efficient, competitive pricing and reliable quality materials.
4. Driving Business with full P&L responsibility of the business, driving Business Model Innovation & exploring new Avenues, for a sustainable business with continued market growth and striving to achieve Organization's strategic objectives.
5. Responsible for handling domestic and international business development, to generate enquiries based on the customer requirement. Developed business in International Countries.
6. Identified international customers by creating new leads and converted them to achieve consistent profitability thus created market awareness of companies' product internationally.
7. Ensured highest standard of customer satisfaction and quality service by resolving customers' issues and other queries and problems within time; developed new policies and procedures based on customer feedback to improve on achieving regional targets & customer satisfaction, thus retaining the existing customer, and developing new customers.
Educational Qualification / Work Experience :
1. Minimum 18+yrs years of experience in trading business ( With 10+yrs into Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals)
2. Highly experienced in strategic planning, implementation of strategies to increase sales and the bottom-line profit, business unit development and identifying deficiencies and potential opportunities in the market space, along with an ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals to perform at their optimum capabilities.
3. Successfully led B2B Industrial/Institutional Sales, Marketing & Business teams product portfolios (Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals) & establishing new business with sustainable growth.
4. Experienced International Trade Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the international trade and development industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Import, International Business, Strategic Sourcing, and Continuous Improvement
5. MBA / B.E - Chemical/ BE-Metallurgy
6. Prior experience into Trading preferred.
