Business Head - Machine Building & Packaging (20-30 yrs)

- The purpose of the job is to plan, direct & control end to end Business operations of multicoloured level or packaging business.

- The Incumbent is responsible for the achievement of Revenue & EBITDA targets by ensuring production, QA, Market & Customer Service KBIs are met. The position holder will lead the business development, sales, Production, marketing and customer service team to create, maintain & increase business and customer satisfaction.

- He is responsible for the operations to achieve production targets through optimum utilization of resources, cost effective procurement and an effective system of financial controls. He would be responsible for the people development and overall enterprise growth of the Business.

- Understand the market and the sector in detail along with the present business process, areas for improvement and the policy eco-system.

- Work closely with the management in defining the direction of the company and implementing strategy in terms of broad vision and goals.

- Review and evaluate work products, methods and procedures

- Identify opportunities for improvement

- Assign work activities, projects & programs and monitor work flows

- Drafting timescales for the jobs

- Manage the P&L and create a robust business model for the company and give direction to the organization.

- Hold meetings with the staff to identify and resolve problems

- Help in creating a proper brand identity in the market through effective market and business development strategies.

- Create and design processes in collaboration with the partner in terms of technology, resource transfer and create an efficient ecosystem for professionals from India.
