Antier Solutions - Executive - Email Marketing (3-6 yrs)

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team.

- As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of all email marketing campaigns.

- The ideal candidate is a data-driven individual with a proven track record of setting up, scaling, and successfully implementing email marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.

- You must have a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, a strong analytical mindset, and is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the email marketing channel.

Responsibilities :

1. Strategy & Planning :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

- Define target audiences and segmentation strategies to personalize email communications.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, content, design, and send times.

- Stay up-to-date on email marketing trends and best practices.

2. Campaign Execution :

- Manage the entire email campaign process, from ideation and content creation to deployment and analysis.

- Create engaging and effective email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, transactional emails, and triggered campaigns.

- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure high-quality email creative.

- Build and maintain email lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

- Utilize email marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

3. Technical Expertise :

- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar tool).

- Experience with Advance email systems like AWS SES or similar.

- Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices and sender reputation management.

- Experience with setting up and managing email marketing systems from scratch.

- Familiarity with bulk email marketing regulations and best practices.

- Proficient in HTML and CSS for email template development and optimization will be a plus.

4. Collaboration & Communication :

- Work closely with the rest of the marketing to ensure driving goals and targets.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, but not required.

- 3+ years of proven experience in email marketing, with a demonstrable track record of success.

- Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and A/B testing.

- Expertise in email marketing platforms and automation tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in setting up email marketing systems and campaigns from scratch is a strong plus.

- Comfortable is using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and email campaigning AI would be a plus.
