About the job:
Designation: Email Marketing Specialist
Experience: 2-5 years
Willing to join immediately & Work from Office only
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for SEO, Web, and Mobile App services through bulk emailing, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Extract and compile email lists from various websites and sources to build targeted mailing lists.
- Create, design, and optimize email templates for regular bulk mail campaigns.
- Execute high-volume email campaigns (sending 5,000+ emails daily) using platforms such as Mailchimp and Excel.
- Ensure all emails follow industry standards and privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to segment and target email campaigns effectively.
- Continuously update and clean the email database to maintain a high-quality mailing list.
- Analyze marketing data to track performance, engagement, and conversion rates of email campaigns.
- Report on campaign performance regularly and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify the target audience and develop email marketing strategies.
- Collaborate on strategies to grow the email list and optimize email engagement.
- Optimize email campaigns for higher open and click-through rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve email marketing effectiveness.
- Manage multiple email campaigns with varying goals and target audiences.
Desired Candidate:
- 2-4 years of experience in lead generation for SEO, Web, and Mobile App services through email marketing.
- Proven experience in data searching and gathering from the internet using tools like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other data sources.
- Self-motivated, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Strong expertise in Email Marketing, Campaign Management, and Data Mining.
- Experience in Lead Generation, including setting up new meetings and nurturing potential leads.
- Proficient in Marketing Automation and Email Marketing tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Marketo, Eloqua, SFMC, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and Campaign management skills
- Bachelor's / master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
