Antier - Business Analyst (2-4 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in client interaction, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in pre-sales activities. The role primarily involves collaborating with the sales and business development teams, creating persuasive presentations, and crafting pre-sales documentation to effectively communicate our solutions and offerings to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis and Pre-Sales Proposals:

1. Engage closely with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges, translating these into detailed requirements for blockchain solutions.

2. Collaborate with grants, sales and technical teams to craft tailored pre-sales proposals that effectively communicate the benefits and technical specifications of our offerings.

Enterprise-Level Presentation Development:

1. Design and develop enterprise-level presentations using Figma, ensuring they are both visually appealing and informative, to articulate the value proposition of our blockchain solutions to potential clients.

2. Ensure all presentations are in alignment with our branding guidelines and effectively communicate complex information in an easily digestible format.

Project Coordination Support:

1. Assist in the project management process by documenting requirements, tracking project progress, and facilitating communication between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

2. Analyse project outcomes and feedback to drive continuous improvement in our solution offerings and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience(at least 2-3 years) as a Business Analyst, ideally within the technology or blockchain sector, with a strong track record in developing business requirements, pre-sales proposals, and enterprise-level presentations.

- Proficiency in Figma and other design and presentation tools, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to present complex information in an accessible manner.

- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and communicate the technical aspects of blockchain solutions.

- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with clients.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Certifications in IT (such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, Agile, or relevant domain-specific IT certifications) are good to have.

- Web3 knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
