General Corporate Associate - Law Firm (1-3 yrs)

A leading law firm is seeking a General Corporate Associate with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) for its Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general corporate work with basic exposure to litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate-commercial contracts.

- Advising on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.

- Assisting with corporate due diligence and regulatory compliance.

- Coordinating with dispute resolution teams on matters involving basic litigation.

Qualifications and Skills:

- PQE: 1-3 years in general corporate practice.

- Exposure to or basic knowledge of litigation is preferred.

- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
