Deputy General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing - CA (8-10 yrs)

We're hiring for the Position - Deputy General Manager- F&A

Location: Delhi

Qualification/exp- CA with the PQE of 8-10 years only

SKILLS NEEDED:

1) Strong exposure in in raising debt, private equity, FP&A

2) Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.

3) Treasury, Fund raising

Job Summary:

Banking: Raise term loans, working capital loans:

1) Raise Private equity funds

2) Hedging of foreign exchange transactions

3) Manage and oversee banking relationships, including cash management, account maintenance, and transactional activities.

4) Monitor and manage liquidity to meet operational needs and financial obligations.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

1) Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision making.

2) Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

3) Prepare variance analyses comparing actual performance to budget and forecast.

4) Create dashboards and reports to present financial results to senior management.
