Client Overview:

Our client specializes in advanced solutions like IoTx, IoXn, Citylights, and the AI-based IoT platform MOT-WARE. They are a high-tech manufacturing group with global IT assets and are undergoing significant growth, backed by a family office.

Role Overview:

- The GM/DGM will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and supporting growth through both organic and inorganic channels. The position involves overseeing financial operations, M&A, taxation, treasury, and aligning with growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the financial function and contribute to top management decisions.

- Oversee division closings and consolidation.

- Manage taxation, banking, treasury, strategy, M&A, and fundraising.

- Support M&A efforts, including due diligence and integration.

- Contribute to the group's transition to larger deals and overseas markets.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing large-scale assets, financial strategy, and M&A.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Experience in the electrical engineering manufacturing industry is preferred.
