Job Posting: Senior Associate - Real Estate

A prominent law firm with a well-established presence in Mumbai & Delhi is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join its Real Estate Practice. The role involves working closely with a Senior Partner whose practice focuses on real estate, construction, litigation, and trusts & estates.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct due diligence and draft transactional documentation for real estate transactions.

2. Advise high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients on real estate portfolio divestments.

3. Handle complex real estate structures from diligence to documentation.

4. Represent clients in commercial disputes before courts and arbitral forums.

5. Assist in drafting and structuring wills, testamentary documentation, and private trusts.

6. Provide guidance on personal law and succession planning, including intestate succession.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B) from a recognized university.

2. 4-6 years of experience in real estate law, litigation, and/or succession planning.

3. Strong expertise in drafting, negotiation, and legal research.
