Role description and key responsibilities
The Digital Product Manager Procurment plays a key role in driving the digital transformation of our organization by taking ownership of all Procurement capablities from digital perspective. The Procurement Digital Product Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and ensure successful product delivery. The primary focus will be on leveraging digital technologies to optimize our procurement processes and enable data-driven decision-making
Key responsibilities are delivered in close collaboration Digital Solutions Architects and Digital Business Leads:
Product Strategy and Roadmap :
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Procurement initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into product features and user stories.
Product Planning and Execution:
- Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of product features and enhancements.
- Work closely with development teams, architects, and designers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure effective execution of product roadmap.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, making data-driven decisions to drive improvements.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of products.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating effective communication and managing expectations.
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction continued
Procurement Expertise and Innovation:
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to Procurement software and automation, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within our global procurment team , (Sourcing , Procure to pay both indirect and direct spent, leveraging digital technologies.
- Champion the adoption of best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Digital Product Manager, Procurement owns the products and services for Procurement capablities towards the business.
The success is achieved when the product is consistenly performing against agreed SLA's and also keeps being matured and enriched with new technologies and techniques that will secure best practice and effectiveadoptation in the business. It is expected that success will be achieved by the Digital Product Manager being on the fore front of the domain and constantly pushing for improvements in business by applying latest technologies.

- Primary working relation will be the Business Product Owner who serves an euivalent role in business except with a business focus.
The Operations Solution Architect plays a significant role in defining overarching architecture for the domain together with the Solution manager
More roles in business like Digital Change lead/Agents and Process owners will all be key players in development and implementation of the Procurement
In Group Digital the primary statkeholders are those other function that holds resources required during product implementation.
Required education, experience and job-related skills
- Formal education as well as industry, professional, product or functional experience.
Relevant certifications, IT knowledge or linguistic competencies

- Significant experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, methodologies, and industry standards.(lean, continuous improvement, Ind 4.0)
- In-depth knowledge of digital technologies relevant to procurement such as automation, robotics, IoT, AI, and data analytics.

Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, IT professionals, and external partners. Collaborate effectively and influence decision-making to drive digital change.
