Job Title: Associate Partner - Banking & Finance

Role Overview:

We seek an experienced Associate Partner in Banking & Finance to advise on financing transactions, oversee legal documentation, and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advise on secured/unsecured credit facilities, bond issues, and project financing.

2. Draft and negotiate loan agreements and corporate finance documentation.

3. Conduct legal due diligence and advise on regulatory compliance.

4. Provide strategic advice on insolvency and stressed asset transactions.

5. Collaborate on infrastructure and energy sector projects.

6. Mentor junior associates and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

1. LLB degree with 6-8 years of experience in banking and finance law.

2. Expertise in financing transactions and regulatory frameworks.

3. Strong negotiation, analytical, and client relationship skills.
