Application Development Lead - Python/Node.js (9-14 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Application Development Lead (Full Stack) to guide and manage a team of Full-Stack developers working across both Front-End and Back-End processes. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining fully functional platforms with databases and server-side technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of Full-Stack developers, ensuring efficient workflow and project execution.

- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance platforms.

- Oversee Front-End and Back-End development using modern technologies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure IT solutions.

Minimum Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree (B.E./B. Tech in IT/CS) or MCA.

- 12+ years of relevant experience in IT projects, with at least 10 years in IT projects for government clients.

- 7+ years of experience as an Application Development Lead (Full Stack) in large-scale e-governance projects (>100 Cr).

- Expertise in Back-End technologies (Python, Java, Ruby, Node.js) and Front-End technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Experience in IT projects in the finance sector.

- Certification in Front-End and Back-End technologies is mandatory.

Desired Qualifications :

- Experience managing multiple large-scale e-governance IT projects (>100 Cr).

- Experience handling large-scale IT projects in the finance sector.
