Position : Fullstack Developer - Lead

What We Need :

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Fullstack Developer - Lead to guide our development initiatives and shape revolutionary products for digital health applications.

In this role, you will lead the technical direction, collaborate closely with clients, and oversee the entire development lifecycle.

This includes requirement gathering, designing and implementing scalable architecture, managing database interactions, and ensuring high-quality code through rigorous testing.

- Design and implement dynamic, end-to-end software products and applications.

- Engage with databases, APIs, and various third-party services.

- Set standards for code quality and best practices while integrating feedback for continual improvement.

- Take an active role in technical decision-making processes and mentor junior developers.

- Implement agile methodologies to optimize project delivery and enhance collaboration.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in software engineering.

Desired Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails and JavaScript (React).

- Experience with databases like MySQL and MongoDB, and familiarity with web development tools and CI/CD pipelines.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus.

- Exposure to Svelte is an added advantage.
