Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to help us expand our market presence and build strong client relationships. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play an essential role in identifying new opportunities, supporting the sales process, and contributing to our company's growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Market Research & Lead Generation:
    Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities, new markets, and customer segments. Qualify leads and assist in building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales Support:
    Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral. Coordinate meetings, follow up on client inquiries, and track progress through CRM tools.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Support relationship-building with existing and potential clients. Schedule and organize calls and meetings, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams:
    Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to identify and execute strategies that align with business goals and meet customer needs.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of all leads, opportunities, and communications. Generate reports on business development activities and key performance metrics.
  • Networking & Event Participation:
    Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build relationships and stay updated on market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

  • Experience:
    0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (internships or previous entry-level experience will be considered).

  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
    • Good understanding of market research techniques and lead generation tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
    • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.

  • Other Requirements:
    • Enthusiasm for sales and business development.
