Manager - Corporate Communications (8-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Communication:

- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies that align with the company's' vision and business goals.

- Collaborate with leadership to craft messaging for various stakeholders, including clients, employees, and industry partners.

2. Brand Management:

- Ensure consistent and effective use of the company's brand identity across all communication platforms.

- Strengthen brand visibility through innovative campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and storytelling.

3. External Communication:

- Manage media relations in association with our PR firm to ensure positive media coverage.

- Draft press releases, articles, and thought leadership content for publications.

4. Internal Communication:

- Drive employee engagement initiatives through newsletters, events, and campaigns.

- Develop content for internal channels, including emails, portals, and presentations.

- Collaborate with HR for campaigns on employee well-being, recognition, and ethics.

5. Social Media & Digital Communication:

- Oversee social media strategy and execution, ensuring engaging and impactful content.

- Manage the company's digital presence, including website updates and digital campaigns.

6. Crisis Communication:

- Act as a key point of contact for crisis communication and reputation management.

- Develop protocols and responses for managing sensitive communication challenges.

7. Content Development:

- Create high-quality content for speeches, articles, brochures, and reports.

- Work with technical teams to simplify and present complex engineering achievements for wider audiences.
