SAP SD Functional Consultant - S/4 HANA Module (9-15 yrs)

Position Overview :

- Manage and develop a distributed team of highly skilled functional systems analysts, including setting annual performance goals, developing career plans and ensuring the team is highly motivated

- Mentor other Systems Analysts within the functional team

- Partner with the Architecture team to design new solutions to meet business requirements

- Able to articulate solution options and using SAP configuration creatively versus developing enhancements

- Support projects of critical importance

- Provide leadership and guidance to global project teams for planning, building, and delivery

- Hands-on leadership role to coordinate own SAP SD team of direct reports as well as collaborate with development team and monitor the progress of developing activities and

updating the status with respective teams

- Lead, debate, and communicate with key decision makers internally and externally.

- Serve as mentor Actively participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) calls and Post-Mortem Reviews

- Effective and efficient delivery of all functional SAP Project Execution activity to ensure that it is delivered in consistent, harmonized and optimal manner

- Management and accountability for the achievement of all Metrics (SLAs)

- Cost effectiveness, quality and on-time delivery of all functional aspects of Enhancements and Projects

- Delivery and support of incident/break/fix and production support

- Effectively maintain the relationship with internal business partners

- Handle the various internal and external vendor teams to deliver Change Requests within established SLA's

- Collaborate with other SAP Functional Leads

- Project Execution to deliver a seamless global project execution model.

- Gather and effectively use data to deliver continuous improvement

How will you get here :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management

- Information Systems or equivalent work experience acceptable.

- Minimum of 7-10 years of SAP Project Management incl. direct management or team leading

- Experience years of experience in a similarly complex technical organization

- Demonstrated experience with project management/delivery / ITIL in a regulated environment

Tool & Technology Skills :

- SAP, SD, S4 Hana implementation experience Agile DevOps experience, At least 2 end to end implementation
