Work Mode : Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Salesforce Application Development :

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications to align with business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

2. Configuration Implementation :

- Implement various Salesforce configurations, including Sales Cloud functionalities, Apex Triggers, Batch Classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support business processes.

3. Integration Management :

- Create and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

4. Automation and Workflow Enhancements :

- Utilize Process Builder and other automation tools to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance overall efficiency.

5. Performance Optimization :

- Analyze and optimize existing Salesforce implementations to improve system performance and enhance user experience, focusing on best practices and efficient code.

6. Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.

7. Documentation :

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, configuration changes, and integration specifications to support future enhancements and troubleshooting.

Required Skills :

Salesforce Configurations and Customization :

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and best practices for configuration and customization.

Apex and Visualforce :

- Extensive hands-on experience with Apex programming and Visualforce pages to create dynamic, data-driven applications.

Lightning Component Framework :

- Proficiency in developing applications using the Lightning Component Framework, including Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Sales Cloud Expertise :

- Proven track record of working with Sales Cloud features, including lead and opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting.

Analytical Skills :

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail, capable of diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.

Team Player :

- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.

- Experience in agile development methodologies.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
