Product Manager - Generative AI (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

One of our client which is a leading asset management firm is looking for :

Product Design, Development, and Management :

- Define the vision and strategy for our generative AI products.

- Develop and monitor the product roadmap.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze user feedback.

- Prioritize features and address bug fixes.

- Partner with engineers to create and launch new products.

- Drive product adoption and growth.

- Ensure product alignment with business objectives.

- Stay current on trends in generative AI.

- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

- Represent the product to internal and external audiences.

Release Management, Presentations, and AI Capability Research :

- Participate actively in release discussions, prioritization, and status updates.

- Create clear and effective presentations to communicate project details.

- Lead internal initiatives and propose process enhancements.

- Recommend and implement tools and techniques for improved efficiency.

- Evaluate vendor products to identify the latest and best options in the market.

- Collaborate with the research team on industry best practices, proof of concepts, and pseudocode as needed.

Ideal Qualifications, Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields from top-tier universities in India or abroad.

- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CFA, CQF) are a plus.

- 8-10 years of experience in product management and hands-on product development.

- Proven success in launching and scaling products.

- Experience with SaaS products and proficiency in Python.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

- Strong team player, able to navigate ambiguity and thrive in dynamic environments.

- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

- Proven initiative and ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Passionate about staying updated on technological advancements and improving workflows.

- Exceptional decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize effectively with limited resources.

- Comfortable in a startup-like environment, adept at managing rapid changes.

- Strong relationship-building skills within and outside the Product organization.

- Excellent storytelling and communication abilities, with attention to detail.

- Superb communication and consensus-building skills.
