Executive Assistant To Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Executive Support

• Manage the CFOs calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and review reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings.
• Coordinate communication between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders.

2. Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Assist in preparing financial data / info for various reports
• Support in compiling financial statements / documents  
• Coordinate with various FICO team members to collate details as required 

3. Compliance & Documentation

• Coordinate with Company Secretary to ensure ROC filing compliances.
• Maintain confidential financial records and assist in audits and due diligence processes.
• Cordinate and follow up with legal counsels on finalising various agreements and legal documents

4.  Project & Stakeholder Management

• Handle special projects as assigned by the CFO, ensuring timely completion.
• Liaise with investors, banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Organize financial workshops, investor presentations, and board meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: B com/MBA.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in finance, executive assistance.

Skills:

Strong financial and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
