Business Development - Fleet Management Solutions & IoT

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development / Sales induvidual to join our BD Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 3 to 7 years in sales within the IoT, & FMS sales, Telematics domain or related fields such as connected devices, smart infrastructure, or embedded systems.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate their benefits to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the IoT domain.
• Identify and engage with potential clients in diverse industries
• Present and demonstrate our FMS Product & IoT solutions to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the product development team to stay informed about new product features and enhancements.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the IoT domain.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in Telematics or FMS / IoT or related fields.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of Telematics / IoT is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
