Sales Manager (India)

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote Cantiers MES, IIOT, and Manufacturing Intelligence Solutions across India.
• Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target manufacturing sectors.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments and deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Collaborate with the technical and product teams to provide customers with the best solutions for their manufacturing transformation needs.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Represent Cantier at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting manufacturing digital transformation.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• A B2B Manufacturing sales champ with 5+ years of experience in MES, IIOT, or manufacturing software.
• You have a track record of crushing targets in the manufacturing or industrial automation space.
• Passionate about Industry 4.0 with stellar communication and negotiation skills.
• Engineering or Business degree (bonus points if you have an MBA!).
• Travel-ready and thrive on independence.
