We are seeking a technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer / FAE with 2-5 years of experience to support our sales team and provide innovative solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals and documentation.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and product education.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

• Experience with Industrial PCs, embedded systems, Industrial IoT, measurement and control systems, PLCs, HMIs, DAQ, CNC, Robotics, mechatronics, Industrial automation etc..
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
